About Patient Registration Reports

Report Name	Report Description
Admission Profiles	Provides a one page profile for each episode. This report includes general, admission, processing, medical, guarantor, and patient demographic information. Generate the report for a specific episode or for a patient/admission date range.
Admissions and Discharges	Provides a list of admissions, discharges, or both admissions and discharges for a specified date range. This report is frequently printed each day to obtain a list of admissions and discharges for the prior day. The report is also printed at the end of the month for the number of admissions and discharges by patient class.
Automatic Charge Transfer Episodes	(Formerly Admissions Within 3 Days) Provides a list of repeat admissions by the same patient, within a specified time period, that are set for automatic charge transfer. This report coincides with the 72 hour rule (or other state rule), which states if a patient has different services in your facility within a specified time frame of each service, all of those services must be combined.
ReAdmits within 30 Days	Provides a summary of all patients readmitted within 30 days for a specified date range and selected patient classes. Use this report to analyze the re-admissions to determine why they occurred. The review may signify the patient chart needs to be reviewed. The report also provides the number of re-admissions that are occurring.
Admissions without Charges	Provides a list of all admissions that have not had any charges. This report is used to determine if charges were missed on any patients.
Care Episode Barcodes	Provides a list of episodes and all related bar codes to that episode as well as a total number of episodes printed.
Mailing Labels	Provides a mailing label for a patient, guarantor, or insurance company.
MPI Report	Provides a patient listing of selected Master Patient Index (MPI) information. The list can be printed in several different print orders (based on selections), and can be printed for all patients, selected patients, or for a range of patients.
Patient Census	Provides a listing of patients that are in-house, discharged, or all patients for a specified date range.
Patient Days	Provides a summary of the number of days and hours per period and year to date patients were in the hospital based on patient type.
Physician Census	Provides a list of non-discharged patients assigned to a specific physician, or a range of physician names.
Preadmissions	Provides a report of preadmissions scheduled by facility, patient class, and admitting service within a selected date range.
Quick Admit Census	Provides a list of patients admitted through the Quick Admit process by patient class within a selected date range.
Room Charts	Provides an alphabetical listing of patients by patient class for a selected time frame, showing the number of days each patient was at the facility. This report can also be printed to include only those patients who are on the clergy list and/or in the hospital's directory.
Transactions	Provides a patient listing of charges and bills posted and insurance processed by transaction date and transaction description.
Discharge To Facility Report	Provides a list of patients discharged from a facility by date of admission, date of discharge, discharge status, and discharge location. This report also includes the patient's diagnosis code, and the total number of patients discharged with the selected date range.
MPI Forms Log	Allows you to look up an episode to view information related to a transaction created from the generation of a form. The log includes the form name, patient name, admission date, discharge date, date/time the form was printed, the quantity printed, and the date the form was signed. If needed, the date signed can be edited in the MPI Forms Log window.
MPI/Episode Audit Log	Allows you to view MPI/episode information for a selected patient.
