Current Labor Distribution Report

The Current Labor Distribution report shows either employee detail or a summary of the distribution of wages to various General Ledger account numbers. This report is for the current payroll cycle and must be printed before checks are posted. This report can be printed to check that wages are being disbursed properly.

The Current Labor Distribution detail report shows employee number and name, department, wage code, general ledger expense account number, hours, FTEs (optional), and wages. There are totals per department and per location. A summary showing general ledger number and description, total hours, and total wages, is shown at the end of the detail report, or alone if only the summary is requested.
