Social Profile
The Social Profile page is used to view the patient's social, occupational,
and environmental history. There are multiple sections of patient data.
COPY FORWARD FUNCTIONALITY:
When a new visit is created, the Social Profile from the previous visit
is automatically copied forward from the last visit. NOTE: The first time
the Social Profile is entered for a patient, it must be entered on the
most recently created visit, including pre-admit visits. This ensures
that the copy forward functionality works as expected for future visits.
There are some instances that the patient has simultaneous visits and
the Social Profile only copies to the most recent one. In that case, the
Social Profile will be blank for the visit and a Copy
Forward button is displayed on the page. Click this button to manually
copy forward the Social Profile information.
