The Centriq Document Management system allows users to store and view scanned documents and images along with the patient records. The documents are linked to the medical record number and/or episode number. The FileBound Document Management software is a third-party product integrated with Centriq to store documents.

Master files in the Centriq Administration module must be set up prior to using Centriq Document Management. Refer to the Centriq Administration Application Help for detailed instructions.
Users - Users
must be set up to access the departments where documents can be scanned
and/or viewed. In addition, users will need to have permissions set
up to view specific document types.
